The Water Industry; our main focus is the re-designing of existing assets to improve reliability & efficiency and ensuring they are simple to operate. Recently, we have carried out work for Dwr Cymru, Severn Trent Water, Wessex Water, Yorkshire Water, Celtic Anglian Water and United Utilities on their existing digestion assets throughout the UK.
.On-Farm Digesters;2012
Both the Newcastle University & Reaseheath College digesters have been commissioned and receiving on going support from Marches Biogas. We are currently constructing two on farm digestion plants, one in Shropshire and one in Herefordshire with outputs of up to 500 kilowatts.

Treatment of Food Waste; Marches Biogas team were largely responsible for the design, build and operation of the Ludlow Biowaste Digester, the first ABP compliant facility in the United Kingdom to digest food waste alone. This plant was the first of its kind in the UK to process source-separated municipal kitchen waste into biogas and a biofertiliser.

Maintenance
With over 25 years of experience in the design, construction, commissioning and operation of anaerobic digesters we recognise the importance of regular maintenance for the smooth operation of a system. Marches Biogas is able to offer a range of services which enable clients to use their digesters effectively and without operational problems. We can offer a process health check of any anaerobic digestion process, this may be specifically to the heating and mixing systems which are crucial to the over health of any system.
