Sulphur Net Clean
After years of operation sulphur nets can become laden with sulphur which reduces the effectiveness of the net to capture sulphur and could lead to net and internal tank damage. Marches Biogas can offer the safe and effective cleaning of a sulphur net, together with any necessary repairs.

PreMix Feed System
Marches Biogas were asked by Austrey Farm AD to install a Vogelsang PreMix feed system as a replacement to the existing Vogelsang QuickMix feed system, in order to reduce running & maintenance costs, and increase reliability of larger feed volumes.
Marches Biogas provide gas safety assessments in line with the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres (DSEAR) Regulations. These are also referred to as PEXA Zoning Reports, (potentially explosive atmospheres).
Bagley Biogas - Site Expansion
Since the completion of the original plant build in 2014, Marches Biogas has continued to support Bagley Biogas in the expansion and development of their site.

Merrivale - Digestate Quality Protocol & PAS110 Support
Merrivale Energy Ltd Anaerobic Digestion facility was commissioned in 2015, exporting 500kWe to a neighbouring industrial user and utilising the heat from the CHP & boiler to dry woodchip and digestate fibre.
Queensferry AD Plant Refurbishment
The refurbishment of the digesters at Queensferry WWTW began in 2016 when Marches Biogas undertook a review of the site which had been in near-continuous service for over 30 years.
Aston Lower Hall Farm - Environmental Permitting Support

Fylde Fresh and Fabulous Ltd anaerobic digestion site was designed, built and commissioned in 2014 by Marches Biogas with an additional pasteurisation unit installed and commissioned during 2016.

Marches Biogas lithium trace testing service provides a non-intrusive, cost effective method of determining the effectiveness of a mixing system, the working capacity of the digester and the hydraulic retention time.
